Civil status does not necessarily define somebody’s happiness. Whether a person is single or married, anybody has the choice and is given the chance to smile and experience joy in life. It’s not just about to love and be loved. A single person need not enter into a relationship to be happy the same way as married individuals need not go back to being single so as to be free and embrace happiness again. It is about taking advantage of the unconditional love freely served for everyone – the real love coming from above, the love of our Lord.
Singles must pray for the right one to come to their life but must also prepare themselves to become right as well. Married couples must make use of the blessings of the Lord which includes holy sex. There is a perfect timing for any of it, just don’t forget to start things with a prayer.
It was as if the preacher is directly talking to me and my partner during his talk. It was entitled “Heart” as part of the session “His & Hers”. The topic has taught us about Love and Respect between husband and wives. For a man to earn respect from his wife, he must make the first move of showing her love. And though women are basically easy to please, their score board always gets back to zero everyday so men should always refresh his points and do something that can be appreciated by his wife. Wives on the other hand must learn to submit to her husband and make him feel that he is in control when it comes to family matters.
Last week’s talk (July 27, 2014) as a first part of the series “His + Hers” is about appreciating the differences of the opposite sex. It actually has something to do with “mind” or our thinking about the other gender (a girl or a boy depending on the reader). It has been said and we knew for a fact that we have been made equal but not similar and more so we have distinct characteristics from one another.
Men should understand women as multi-taskers while on the reverse men tends to be more focused or single-taskers as they say. Given this, girls must not expect boys preference to be the same as theirs.
Simply put boys or girls, we must be able to accept the uniqueness of anybody for us to be into a happy relationship.
